Thank you for shopping with us! Because we print, pack, and ship all shirts and mugs directly from our facility, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

- Exchanges: We can exchange items for different sizes, colors, or designs.
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
- Sizing Notice: Please review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing a shirt.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We only replace items if they arrive damaged during transit or if we made a shipping error.
Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.
Mug Breakage: If your mug arrives broken, do not attempt to mail it back to us.
Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
